OEM Wheel Lip Moldings (aka Fender Flares)

Does anyone here have an 04-05 XL, STX, or XLT and had OEM fender flares installed? I have a white 04 XLT SuperCab 4x4, and I ordered a set of FX4 fender flares. I thought they were just held on by the 6 or 8 plastic push pins under the fender lips, but when I got my set, they also have a bunch of rubber push-in things that push into the outside of the fenders. That means I am going to have to drill a lot of holes in my truck. I am thinking about having a body shop install them. What are your thoughts?

I have an FX4, which has them already. I would feel comfortable doing them myself. I would defenitely use either paint or some kind of sealer on the holes before pushing in the "clips"(whose to say the body shop would do this?) Good luck

Yeh, they make 2 different versions of the fenders and quarters: one with holes and one with out. Definately coat the metal with something to prevent rust.
