2004 Expy EB Questions

I have had my Expy for 10 months now (bought brand new). I have had the MINOR headaches - rear clutch pack, brake dust, and the "shimmy". All in all, it has been a pretty good vehicle. However, I am noticing some other issues:

1) I have the heated and cooled seats. When the driver seat heat is turned on, it turnes off approx. 1 - 2 minuts later. I try to turn it back on but it won't. Only after the vehicle has been turned off and restarted will it go on again only to have the heated seat turn off again. Anyone else have this going on?
2) I have been noticing a front end rattle/clunking sound when going over bumps in the road. This did not or I did not notice this before it got cold. Any ideas?
3) As mentioned previously, I live in a cold climate - MN. I do have the Tire Pressure Sensors. What I am finding out is when the Temps get below 20, the Low Tire Pressure warning appears in the message center at first start up. After driving a while, the tires will warm and the warning goes away. I understand air compresses at lower temps but I would have though Ford would have considered this in design. Is this normal and something I will have to live with or IS there an issue with the TPS?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.

I believe there is an issue. I live in San Diego, hardly anywhere near the frigid temps of Min. Have the same problem, one service advisor told me a even a change of 2lbs in pressue compared to the other tires will trigger the TPS. After weeks of having that thing being on, after an oil change I asked them to just disable the damn thing. He says he couldn't or least not supposed to but and will reset it. I've had no problems since. Now I'm curious and thinking about letting out the air to see if it has been disabled.
