Yup, that's the google mail thing. People were selling them a few months ago. Now they are free.

 

yea there free because with that they can scan your email and send you junk mail, that the only way the have to support it finacialy, thats how they can have such huge storage limits

 

mail.yahoo.com is free, and you have 100mb of space, as well as the ability to filter out everything you don't want.

I hate spam, I hate people who send spam, and the first president to stand up and say "sending spam is a capital crime, punishable by death with no appeals" will get my vote.

 

I just got mine a few days ago so I don't have experience to relate on gmail accounts. I haven't gotten any spam yet and I understand that is one of the advantages of this account is that they scan and block spam.

I do know that AOL, Hotmail and Yahoo scan your mail and will automatically file your gmail invite in the spam folder because they don't want you to see it. So if you are expecting an gmail invite and don't see it, look in your spam folder.

It is just a free email account, if you don't like it you can close it.
