Welcome to FTE. There are a few companies that make turbos. Banks and ATS etc. They are a little pricey though. You can turn the pump up but you should find a way to let in more air and let more out as well (bigger intake and exhaust). I never turned mine up so I can't tell you how or how much. I will leave that to some of the diesel gurus. Good luck with it.

get a pyro first also Just because a diesel blows lots of black smoke doesn't men its fast that unburnt fuel.I recommend driving it around and doing this some where warm(makes the truck easier to start. there in a small home plate on the passenger side of the intake. stick rags under there unbolt the two bolts and the fuel will pour out ok now you have to find the allen head screw by turning over the motor by hand (always disconnect the two wires on the Injector pump) ok sooner or later you find it and the right allen wrench. clockwise turns it up and counter clockwise turns her down. Warning: if you do this without a pyro blow up your motor remeber I told you to get a pyro first. $115 auto meter 2 1/16" that what I bought. Don't go over 1200 degrees (tempeture in the combustion chamber; also aluminum is totally liquid form around 1400 degrees) you will melt the pistons.

screw puting a turbo it (unless you got $2500 sitting around)right away I recommend you cut out the fish bowl. and do somthing with the exhaust. I straight piped mine first thing for $40 dollars at a local muffler shop(this is the bang for the buck). then later on I put headers on and dual 3" this was nice but I always wondered what a turbo would do.
