2100 2150 difference?

2100 2150 difference?

What's the diference between a 2100 and a 2150 carb?

Not a whole lot. One of the major differences I've seen is that 2100's have an air-horn mounted choke pulloff, and 2150's have it mounted behind the choke linkage. 2150's later came equipped with more gadgets like a high speed metering system, a more advanced fuel bowl venting system, and a hot idle compensator.

A 2100 is incredibly simple. You've got a fuel bowl with a float, jets, accelerator pump, venturis...2150 is pretty much the same plumbing. Seems like I've seen kits that read "2100\2150" before.

2100 2150 differents

The differences between the two carbs is that the 2150 is computer controlled and only come in two sizes.

The 2150 from 1983 to 1986 were electronic feedback carbs from 1973 to 1982 were not ,very good carbs
