1997 PSD Service Manuals

Hello all: I'm still new to deisel motors and repair, but I'm slowly learning. My experience with the deseil engine and truck manuals available at the parts store have been frustrating. Luckily FTE has helped me fill in the blanks. I'm ready to spend the money for Ford Service CD manuals for the PSD engine, and my year of truck (1997 F250 PSD). Before I allow Ford to bend me over for the purchase of their manuals, has anyone bought them, or a good equivalent online? Any recommendations, would be great.

i bought my two "ford" shop manuals on the online "auction place". you know. anyways paid 15 for 1 and 20 for the other. were in very good condition. my dad got the same ones at the stealership for close to $100. the guy i bought my truck from gave me the cd and the receipt said it was $125. if i was you i would try to find online. good luck

Thanks: I found a CD manual at "the online site." It's going to cost about $10 -$15. If this doesn't work out I'll get the $125 CD manual from helminc. I'm going to go the least expensive route first.

Thanks!
