Tick is driving me up the wall

I have a 95 F150 with the 300 6cyl and 5 spd. I had a cat back system put on and its great, but I noticed lately when I get on it there is a tick like an exhaust leak or lifter. But I can't find any leaks and the engine runs great no issues, oil changed every 3,000 miles no problems with contaminents, so what is making this tick?

Its hard to find an inline 6 that doesnt tick. Make sure you check your exhaust carefully, even a minute leak will tick. Could also be a case of piston slap.
