need help no turn signals

I have a 99-F350 diesel. My turn signals works some times and doesnt work other times. I will wiggle the fuse panel and it will work for a short time. A Lose connector I was thinking so I took out the panel and there is a black box hooked to the back of it. I think the problem is in that but I cant get it open. Also my dome light stays on every now and then and will come on and off when I drive. I hear a clicking from that black box behind the fuse panel do I have to replace the hole thing I cant find one in the salvage yard and I see big $$$ can it be sent out for repair?
