Lund Cowl Covers

I bought my dad a smoked cowl(wiper) cover for christmas and I would like to put it on for him. Its pretty cold out, ranging from 20's-40's this past week. Would double sided 3M tape work or would I be better off using screws? and what kind of screws. Thanks

The tape works very well, but the surface has to be cleaned of any wax and it works better when its warm. I wouldn't screw it down unless it has to be.
