'98 Expedition: Location of GEM for Transfer case?

'98 Expedition: Location of GEM for Transfer case?
I've seen many posts describe where the GEMS module is for the dash (on top of the inside fuse box), but where is the GEMS for the 4X4 transfer case motor? I think its in the left rear wheel well....but can anybody give me a more specific location? thanks!

The GEM controls courtesy lights, wipers, power windows, 4x4 operation etc.
It's all in the module bolted to the back of the fuse box.
