I just installed this into my 99 explorer sport. And since it doesn't have a built in amp, and my original factory stereo does, I may not keep it. Is there a reset for this stereo, or some kind of code i need to put in to get the freaking CDs to load? I try to load and it says it is full, so i try to eject and it says 'cd error'. Sometimes it says 'Initializing' when i push the load and eject buttons. Any ideas?? If you taken the time to read this, Thanks.

How did you get the 6 disk in dask was it used or did you get it new if you got it used then you might need a new one those head units are real sensitive to the slightist impact or acidental static shock.
