Check The vacuum line behind the glove box sometimes they can becom uncrimped and move from right to left causing the air to be split between the floor and upper vents.I have had the same problem with my lines doing that.

I'm just curious as to if anyone has a diagram or could explain a little more about these blender doors, or knows about these vacuum lines. My truck blows lukewarm air too, but I just put on my nice columbia jacket and tough it out!

Make sure water is actually circulating through the heater core, just because the core is hot to the touch does not mean water is circulating, I just went through this on my van, and I done everything you guys did with no success, I took heater core out, drained out water, and I could not blow air through it, I bought a new heater core and installed it oh how nice and warm it is, I didn't want to believe it was heater core, so after changing every thing else, guess what??? Oh well cooling system all overhauled now
