I know it will be a busy time for all, BUT.....
our buddy Jim from Michigan (Jimjdb1) will be in Alabama for Christmas.
He and I have talked via phone and are planning to meet for breakfast.
We have decided on breakfast at the Cracker Barrell just of I-59 in Trussville. This is at exit 141 - you can't miss it.
Sunday morning, December 26 at 8:30 am.
Any and all who are interested and able to attend are invited!
This will be my (and Jim's) first opportunity to meet a long-distance FTE buddy. I am really looking forward to it - should be good food and good company.
If you plan to try and meet us, please post here so we will know. I drive a green 2000 F150 Super Cab. Jim tells me he has a new '05 Super Duty, Maroon in color.
Hope to see others there!
Met Jim and his wife for breakfast. It sure was fun.
Nice guy, nice wife, NICE truck!
It was cool getting to meet a fellow FTE buddy from so far away.
Thanks Jim!
Bummer, I just got around to reading this on Dec. 27. Sorry I missed it, it sound's like it was a good time. Brian, do you still have all my contact number's, if so call me when you do another one, you know how inconsistent I am about checking the forum. Especially right now , 'cause I'm chasing this knocking noise,I'm spending more time tinkering than typing.
