Just my way of saying its gonna get cold! Seems the wind is wicked this year.
I double check that the anti is maxed this time a year no matter what. I had a 'non-Ford-car' that I thought the anti was good for -30 or so. It was like around zero for a few days, so I thought I was safe. One nite it was parked into heavy headwinds. Froze the radiator up solid!
OK, I did have a BroncoII I was 'someday going to fix up' that I forgot I only had a low mix in - one of those "I'll fix that later things". Forgot about it and blew a freeze plug. That one was definitly my fault, but on the positive side, it really wasn't worth fixing up anyhow!

nothing wrong with double checking, every so often things get away from all of us. Cold tests out everything, first cold snap the shop would get real busy, as all the weaknesses would show up then.
