98 Ranger Alignment problems

I have a 1998 Ford Ranger that will not stay aligned. It has ruined the tires (Firestones, so
maybe it's not a big loss). Someone had mentioned to me that the Rangers had problems with the front end and there is an add-on kit to adjust the camber. He did not seem to sure about what he was saying, so I looking for more info. Does anyone know if there is a problem with the front ends or about the additional kit to be able to adjust the camber. I was not aware that this would be necessary.

Thanks

I should have mentioned that this is a 2 wheel drive truck with a 3.0L automatic

98 Ranger Alignment problems

My 97 killed it's first set of tires with fairly even wear at about 36K Whihc for the firestone power puff's that come ona 2 WD ranger I thought 36 was about all that I could ask for the way I drive. I got a decent dela on some 50K rated Bridgestone's from Sears and they have performed fine for me. I will say that if you are due for a rotation (about every 6 - 8K) you will notice the truck start to pull during moderate braking. But my tires have worn just the way I expect them too.
