Too easy ... got a harder question?
Seriously, the Hurricane is a limited market. How many will actually fork out the extra dough for a bigger engine? Not that many compared to the total number of truck buyers. The diesel on the other hand is in demand. A lot of the "work" truck owners are just waiting for them to come out. The farmers tend to prefer them as well ... from what I hear/see. So, the diesel has appeal on the mass market side and will sell nicely. The Hurricane is more of a concept-to-market that will (if ever) have very limited demand.

From what I have read, the Hurricane is going to run about 400 HP. I don't see where that is going to fit in.
In a HD truck, it looks a good gas option - but so is the 6.8L which we already have. It doesn't make sense to offer both, so the V10 will probably be discontinued.
In a half ton, 400HP will tow anything the frame can handle like it isn't there, leave Titans in the dust at stoplights, and get 9/14mpg unloaded. Good for winning the magazine 0-60 tests, the 5% of buyers who want a race truck, and impractical for everyone else.
A diesel would be great if they get it right, after the 6.0 I wouldn't buy one the first year though.
The only thing Ford needs on the gas side is a good 5 speed auto for the 5.4.

Sounds like it's going to be full blown option... I'd buy one in a sceond. I'd a bought the V10 if they had in the 150 this time.. 400hp sounds just right..
