Smile 5.8L misses under load/accel

My '89 F250 w/ 5.8L misses under acceleration or load. Starts fine, idles well, but when you give it the gas, it likes to buck. No matter if it's stone cold, or even when it's been at operating temp for an hour. Changed spark plugs/wires, cap and rotor, and put in a new fuel filter. As we all know, with no change in operation. I've tried a buddy's MAP sensor from an identical truck, after resetting the computer of course, nope didn't help. I'm going to try a new TPS this weekend, anyone got some ideas. I would really appreciate your help.

I've put in Autolites. I read that post too. I've always had good luck with Autolites. Maybe I should try some NGK's.

Lightbulb

Does that model have a TFI module and if so is it located on the distributor? I have read some post about bad TFI mod. can cause "bucking". You might do a search by TFI and see what comes back.
