1939 Wheel and tire size

I would like to know the original tire and wheel size for the 1939 1/2 to truck. I have two different books. One says 4" wheel with 600/16 tires and 650/16 as an option. The other books place the wheel at 3-1/2" for both tire sizes
Thanks jnjo39
