has anyone heard of a truck such as this? i have been looking for a harmonic balancer, i've been on the web and no one has ANY
parts for this truck, this is my last resort, anyone got any suggestions?

 

I think I may have heard of the truck, or maybe I just heard it :-). At any rate, I seem to recall one clacking around at some point in my memory. I know this is not what you want to hear, but the dealer may be your only option, if they are one at all. I can't imagine too many of these floating around in salvage yards. You may try asking your local dealer to check on the part and, just for grins, ask if there is a chance that another Ford engine (gas, perhaps?) may have used the same balancer. Just thoughts. I am not at all familiar with these, but offer the suggestions as a possible starting point.

It's a Mitsubishi 2.3L diesel... I've seen/heard at least one Ranger with one, it was also used in the Dodge D50/Mitsubishi Mighty Max, and god knows what else......
