I recently broke the aluminum casting that holds the shifting linkage allowing you to shift. I took in apart and am repairing it but this weekend I needed to cut some wood (northeast getting cold) so I shifted it in by hand. It worked my first trip but now it won't engage. The 4X4 light comes but the transfer case shaft isn't turning. I took apart the left side manual locker and it was well lubed and seemed to work just fine. When I shift it in to 4X4 it seems to go it just fine. Whats going on?
