Shelf-it overhead console

Does anyone have a Shelf-it overhead visor storage installed? I have a 2004 SD crewcab and want some overhead storage. This looks like a nice install, but I can't find any dimensions or pictures to show how much it hangs down with the visors in place.

The photo makes it look as if the bottom is at the same level as the top of your rear view mirror.
