My 1992 Explorer has developed a rattle in what seems like the upper back corner of the driver's door window. It rattles whenever the road gets rough, and sounds like glass against metal. I've replaced the little rubber bumpers that keep the door from jostling (top and bottom). I tried stuffing some foam rubber into the top of the window channel lately, but no luck.

There doesn't seem to be any significant wear on the rubber window channel, but I can make the rattle stop if I press real hard on the window along the top. I've got 238,000 miles on this rig, so it deserves a rattle now and then, but it's right next to my ear!
