Red face Quick question

I have a 99 f-150 V6 and i posted this earlier about a rattle. I was just under the hood messing with a few things and I squeezed the hose that runs to my antifreeze compartment. When I did that I heard a tick/rattle underneath the silver spider looking thing. It made the sound that I described in my earlier post. What the heck is it and how do i fix it?
Thank you

I don't know but do you think this could be a lifter or cam problem. And if so how much will it cost me to fix it.
