I've had mine at a local dealer 3-4 times for this very problem. They replaced/repaired all as mentioned in option B and it temporarily "fixes" the noise but it always comes back, sometimes worse than before. I only have 500 miles before my warranty expires and they have not been able to help. Has anyone heard of alternate solutions to this very annoying problem? possibly replacing the entire back window?? Frustrated...

 

I ended up taking a can a silicone with the red nozzle tip and spraying all around between the rear window molding and truck cab, it does not take much, move quickly. Wipe up any over spray, and the squeek is gone for another year. It works for me.

 

Are you referring to the red nozzle tip like cans of WD-40 use? Do you apply on the inside or outside, or both? Thanks

 

Yes, that red tip, spray outside. This is more for a squeeky window when you hit bumps, not a rattle like something is rattling behind a panel.
