Source(s) for Propane Tanks

Where is the best place to start looking for a propane tank for my conversion? I don't necessarily want to go with a forklift tank, though this may be a good option for the testing phase of the project. I would like a 100 gallon, or so, tank for the bed of the truck. If I am happy with the conversion, then maybe go for the underbed type tank. But where is a good place to start looking??

Wreckers. If you're doing it yourself and you don't have inspection laws then you probably won't have to have the tank valves upgraded or pressure tested.

Furball you can do it all yourself but here In B.C> you cant buy fuel lots ofplaces unless you have the inspection sticker.
I found that out 300 miles from home with no sticker and no propane.

I talked to the manager of a local propane/automotive shop and he said it would be about $1600.00 - $1800.00 to recertify my truck with 2 tanks. A little less if I take the tanks off and sandblast them myself.
