Np203

If anyone here has an NP203 transfer case that would work in my 79 F250...I would appreciate getting my hands on it. As usual, im broke...so if someone would be willing to let me have it for free, that would be a plus, imight have things for swap, but i dont know what you need....I need it pretty badly, i drive the divide everyday...and it picked the worst part of the year to go out...lemme know what ya got..Thanks

There is a slight possibility that I might know where one is that isn't being used. I will check tomorrow. I am in Western Kansas though.

If you happen to have a 360 or 390 that is running, I am in need and broke just like you.

Anyway, I will check and see if it is still there tomorrow. Also might be a 205, I'm not sure.

Main thing, and probobally only major thing i could offer for a trade after looking around would be the non-working t-case, and a B&M Racing Overhaul kit for a ford C6 tranny...The t-case just wont go into, or lock into low or high..i dont know whats going on with it, but its been a progressive problem..i juts rebuilt the motor, thought id have to rebuild the tranny, so i bought the rebuild kit,, and now the t-case goes out..lol

I think its pretty easy to rebuuild, just costs money for the kit. If i remember right, the kit costs between 150 and 200, plus id need a part time kit for it, which is an additional 35-55.....After this month, ill have my 53 paid off, so maybe thats the route ill have to go. But rebuilding a t-case shouldnt be too hard. I think the 203 i have has alot of needle bearings thouygh.

Did some tinkering today, and the case is good....whats actually broken is something inside the shifter assembly, so all i need to fix it now is the shifter assembly for an NP203...if anyone has one...lemme know
