I have a bullet shaped window air cooler made by General Air Conditioning. It has a red **** that I beleive is a pump and the water tank is on the back. Does anyone have info on this? What year or how itis suppose to work? I mounts on the top of the passenger window. The only coolers I remember used a block of ice not water.
