Tricky,

I installed my SkyFi in a small bin on the overhead rail system (I'll post pics tomorrow). With the docking port completely inside the bin, the removable unit is completely visible in the open area of the bin and the bin still closes. In the hole in the roof liner above the most forward bin, there is a connector with GND, +12 Always and +12 switched, in that order. I ran the antenna wires between the roof and the liner to the high-mount stop light (be sure to silicone the antenna wire where it passes beneath the stop light gasket. As far as the audio, I soldered RCA jacks to the inputs of the the AUX inputs to the factory DVD player so no wires showed and simply plugged it in. Looks great, no wires showing, and no FM modulator. You'll probably have to modulate if you don't have the factory DVD.

Forget the hacks and custom installs, go with the Alpine XM Tuner (only one on the market I think). You will be very happy. See pics in my gallery.
