Wimbelton, I am pretty sure. But some trucks were black from factory. May have changed year to year too. You have a 66CC, or standard? The CC got later "outie" style rims where the hub caps were held on by nubs facing outward, as opposed the the earlier "innie" nubs. The outward facing rims are much easier to find.

For '65, at least, I can tell you that all 3/4 ton truck split rim wheels were painted black with the deeper white/red hubcaps. The 1/2 ton truck wheels were painted the main body color with shallower white/red hubcaps. The deeper hubcaps, of course, were to clear the rear hubs. As far as I know there were no silver (argent) painted wheels until sometime in the middle '70's. Lazy

Argent was not used on the rims till quite a bit later. The hub caps for a base F100 in 65 at least were all silver (not sure if they were exactly argent, but close). The did not even have the lettering painted a separate color. The wheels were black. I went with Wimbledon white though, as I think it was the correct color in other years, and it looks better,
I do not think that many trucks got rims painted the same color as the body. In fact, I don't that ANY had it that way, but I am not certain what all might have occured in some of the rarer trim packages and in Rangers.
