I have the U7146 Predator and the list of parameters that you can log don't match up with what's listed in the manual. I emailed DiabloSport and they told me to get the latest version online. I downloaded the latest version online and they still don't match up. The manual lists KS1 and KS2 as knock sensors but those don't show up in the Predator. Then, there are items in the Predator that aren't listed in the manual.

Its the calibration code of your PCM, and what features the PCM has. There is no list that I know of. Get a shop manual for your vehicle. It should have pretty complete PCM information, along with some of the other fundamentals and details.

 

Ok, you're losing me there. PCM? Would each vehicle from the same year/model would have the same PCM?

PCM = powertrain control module. Sometimes called the ECM, or just "computer."

As to same PCM, it depends. There are certain "families" of software codes in PCMs that use the same PCM hardware. For diesels and naturally aspirated V8 Mustangs its consitents in a given year or two (actually, for the diesels its consistant across all years for each model).
