emergency brake,

I have a 1948 F-1 and need an emergency brake, the only thing that's left on the truck is the handle and bracket under the dash. Any suggestions ??<!-- / message -->

You will need the 2 rear cables and the front cable going to the handle. Make sure you have the equalizer on the crossmember just behind the cab. The rear cables hook to it and then the front hooks to it. If it's gone, I have 3-4 of those here. Most of the repo sellers have the cables. Look in the store on this site, you never know. If not, them L M C , Carpenter's, Mac's, Sacremento vintage Ford, and a host of others have them.
