Steering squeak

Forgot to post this yesterday. We have a squeak coming from the top of the steering column while turning either left or right in our 65 Econoline. Should we just replace the bearing and sleeve or is there something else going on in there?

Could be the bearing, or the collar (if it has been bumped).
Have fun

The steering has little to no play. Some or all of the column has been worked since last April. I'm still trying to get a list of all the work that was done prior to my son buying it.
