Too Much White Smoke

I have a 1987 Ford E150 and I have just rebuilt my 302/5.0L engine. The rebuild went well but I still have the constent flow of thick white smoke coming out of my exhaust. When I examine the spark plugs I find that cylinders 2 & 3 are soaked with gas while the spark plugs on 1 & 4 have carbon deposits. Spark plugs 5 - 8 look fine. I believe it might have something to do with my EEC but I'm not sure. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Give us some details on what kind of parts you used in the rebuild, it sounds like you have a serious set of issues.

White smoke usually means some kind of water leak in the combustion chamber. Cracked water jacket or leaky head gasket maybe?
