Has anyone put the 4R100 diesel 6 pinion planetary gear sets (forward and reverse) into a C6? I am rebuilding a 1977 C6 and have a 1994 E40D for parts. I am trying to determine the minimal set of new 4R100 parts I need to complete the swap (besides the planets). Are the E40D ring gears and hubs the same on the 4R100?

I would think this would be a hot project for quite a few of us if we had a parts list.

I have the parts list from the Ford kit, but it does not use the 6 pinion rear planet.
