2004 screw water leak

Ive got a 2004 screw with barely 5000 miles on it and ive noticed a water leak in the cab in the front passenger footwell. Has anyone else experienced this? Im taking it in to the deal to have this dealt with. The whole floor and mat is soaked, it doesnt smell like anything. Its definitely not air conditioning. cause it hasnt been warm enough for it here in Chicago.

Any comments are appreciated.

Remember, whenever you have the selector set to Defrost (any of the positions) the A/C automatically kicks in. I'm not saying that this is definately your problem, just reminding you that even though it's been too cold for A/C, you may be running it, unaware.
