The spout connector is behind the battery, look back on the inner fender for the igntion control module (big aluminum heatsink), then follow the wires it's in one of them.
I have a 1992 E-250, mine is behind the battery, it's a small grey plug. it has only 2 pins. It's plugged into a small harness and is a little hard to pull out.
