I turned a 16.0 s 1/4 on my '03 CC 4x4 with the tuning set to stock.
With the tuning set to HP on the SCMT I turned two 14.33x s runs at 93 MPH or there abouts.
Don't have a 0 to 60 time.
The full record of the two stock runs and the two HP tune runs that I did are in the SCMT sticky thread.
