It is on your FICM - silver box on the drivers side - back towards the firewall.

Under the hood. Also the date is day/month/year (not the way we are used to seeing it - ie mo/day/year).

FICM - Fuel Injection Control Module.

For the 7.3 guys it is the 6.0L version of the IDM.

The help you need is most likely a new FICM. Do not buy one off of Ebay. You get them at the dealership (some folks have talked International into selling them one).

There is a diesel place that says they can repair FICM's for less than half price of a remanufactured one (there are no more new ones). The name is SWAMPS.

That's a lot of codes. Most are injector issues. I'm surprised it runs right. You may have an FICM harness problem.

Driver side, under degas tank. It's about an 8" x 12" aluminum box with a sticker on it.

Yes, when you replace the FICM the new one has to be programmed.

You did check the FICM wiring harness, right?

There was a recall on some '04 models due to FICM wiring harness chafing issues. If your truck has not had Recall 05S34, read this to see if yours might have been affected:
