Need Help Identifying Year

I've got a Serial Number(VIN..plate calls it SN?) from a Ford Unibody. I'm trying to figure out the year and any other info I can dig up on it...the truck itself is buried still..and not easily accessible YET....The plate I found was on the back of the glove box door.....the sn on it read *F10 R191494*. No plates or info on the doors that I could find?

Thanks.
Dan

Unibodied Ford pickups came out from 61-63. And at this moment I, nor my brother who has built several TUFF unibodies and uses a 3/4 ton unibody to haul scrap iron presently, cannot think of the grill distinctions. At least I have you in the ball park. A nicely painted unibody does indeed look nice. Just hope it is straight, after being buried. Aligning the body is pretty much a fun job, but I guess can be done.
