Bronco project worth it?

My brother is lookin at an 84 Bronco for his first vehicle. Just wondering if anyone thinks this is worth the money. Also consider that it is 6 or 7 hours away from here.

Does that look like rust over the rear fender to anyone else? Just want to get other opinions about it. My brother says thanks,

Keep looking, there's gotta a Bronco in as good conidition or better in your area. You can definitely find a Bronco with a running motor in it for that price. Yep, that's rust.

Thanks, I thought that was rust too. Actually, there aren't many Bronco's round here, or not to my knowledge anyway. And those that I do know of aren't for sale. I'll put it this way; in the entire province of Manitoba, there are only 3 full size Bronco's in the auto trader. They just aren't very popular for some reason. I never mentioned this before, but that price is in Canadian dollars.

My suggestion would be to go on ebay and do a search for an area you would be willing to drive to. Some people will actually meet you half way just to sell a vehicle.
