I sorta have a 90 F150 4.9 E4OD (actually my dad's but I do 99.9% of maintance), out in Conyers.
I'm the gearhead of the family with my 96 XR7, that got a replacement engine in April; currently the truck is getting a headjob done after 220k+ of uneventful service (save her stalling issue).
hello bowez, welcome to FTE. Good folks here. hang around, so many just stop for a Hello (which is otay) but we would rather ya stay and hang.....
i like that 4.9! i had a 300I6 in a "74 2wd that had very large mudders on the rear with lift kit....thought it would go anywhere - a true redneck machine that would jump city curbs and bust a mule in the dirt - 'course that was back when i was in high school many moons ago... oh the lift was homemade
Conyers huh, well we'll try not to hold that against ya! j/k
have fun,
keg

How's it going. I am new to the boards as well and have found tons of information from the guys here. I live in Atlanta but am deployed to Iraq right now and am considering buying a new Excursion PSD while I am here. Every question that I had about the Excursion has been answered in gross detail and the information that you get from reading other's threads is amazing. I have a pretty trick Explorer right now that I am almost finished with. Check out the one photo in my gallery. Cheers

Ahhh...No. Not that I have a problem with Marines, I however am not one. We have a Marine FAST Company that guards the actual embassy and grounds. The majority of PSDs are comprised of Army Special Operations personnel and civilan contractors (mostly Blackwater and Dyncorp).
