Mitsubishi back in the small truck game, Kinda

Looks like Mitsubishi is trying to get a share of the small pickup market back, with a restyled (poorly at that) Dakota named the Raider.

Mitsubishi Raider.....It is being built in North America by DaimlerChrysler for Mitsubishi. It will have the 3.7L and 4.7L Chrysler engines so no rice burning! Still, it is a poor design. The overal body doesn't look bad but damn Mitsubishi couldn't come up with an uglier front end.

(canyousayHEMI) I would like to see some proof of that being built by DC, and having both the 3,7 and 4.7.

It looks like a titan. Better than the Dakota (personally)

Muclecar-fan ag4.0 posted the link to pickup truck.com which says it will ofer the 3.7 and 4.7 so it probably is built by dc and will probably be plagued with with issues like the rest of dodges line.

Ok, I stand corrected. I was unaware that DC was making it for Mitsu. Usually its Mitsu making for DC. Dodge has not been plagued with issues either. The Dakota is the best truck in its class.
