I just purchased last month a 04' EB Expedition w/NAV & Moonroof, it didn't come with a DVD system. I really want the DVD system for my son, however I heard it is more difficult because of the sliding moonroof.

Ford sells a DVD entertainment system that will fit w/the moon roof, however it is a smaller screen for 1400. I would much rather get the Panisonic w/9" Widescreen.

Anyone have a DVD entertainement with the moonroof?

I just bought an 04 with a moonroof & had Circuit City put in a 9" panasonic wide screen. I had to go to 2 locations before i could find one that would do it. The first Circuit city said it couldn't be done but the second one i went to said no problem & they did a decent job of installation.

 

FYI Warning: u cant see out the rear view with that panasonic.

Sorry no pics .... I have the headphone & had a FM module put in with a on/off switch

 

Were they able to attach the dvd unit to the roof support or did they suspend it from the headliner?
