DNR letter-smoking tail pipe

I got a letter in the mail from the dnr It was the smoking tail pipe program. One I own a diesel they smoke two I guess my truck some how apeared in Des Moines (on 8/24/04) while I was on trucking on the road. I understand it is a good program but I shouldn't get more junk mail for what is unavoidable and that I wasn't even responsible for. Plus I think its a waste of tax dollars.

personally I think it's a preview of coming attrations, my guess is they are getting ready to put us on a smog checks to lic our vehicles so we can be more like calif, or CO., I would send a letter back to them telling them about it's amazing your truck drove to DesMoines all by itself.

They sent a postcard survey with the letter and I didn't give them to good of a revue and listed that they got the wrong truck.

my sister has actually been stopped for excessive smoke from my dad's truck, but it WAS excessive, really laying it out steadily, but he won't listen to me that well over200,000 might require the injectors changed. He tries to do only the ones that are REALLY bad...
