ok lastnight i was out with my g/f and her friend and my friend, after i put gas in my truck i noticed a pack of rice rocket cars. well i used to have a lil 280zx and i'm buildin a 70 nova(i know its a chevy, but it was free) i LOVE to race, so i pulled up next to the MR2(turbo) but it was a girl and she didn't race, so i pulled upto the honda civic hatchback, had a big wing on the back and stuff, well i raced him(not a full 1/4, maybe a lil over 100yards) and i won, so they went towards their town and one of their friends followed me, turns out is a late 90's toyota supra Twin Turbo with mods. so i say ok, i'll race you, we went and i kept up(i was losing by halft a car length and still droppin back, but very slowly) then at about 45-50 his turbos kicked in and he was gone. but i thought that was pretty good of the old truck to keep up with the lil modded rice cars.

Are we supposed to celebrate your battles with Japanese cars and, thus, your new ending to WWII?

If you love racing, then go racing. You'll find plenty of people at the track who will find your stories interesting if you actually beat someone in your truck there.

Ease up GammaDriver, we're all friends here. Every one has a right to tell thier story here. We may not approve of each other actions, but thats what confession is for right?

 

I didn't think suggesting a race track to a race driver was being all that hard on him...

 

gamma, well the reason i wasn't at the track is because right now the local one is only open on fridays and only running the 1/8 mile(somethnig wrong with the new timming system they put in over the offseason) and i don't go out looking for street races just an impromtu race every once in awhile.
