95 f-350 4x4 460,auto...chip/tuner recommendations??

Like the title says Im looking for recommendations(preferrably from anyone with a similar truck and a chip or tuner). The truck has always been meticulously maintained and has only 50,000 miles on it,but is has no pulling power. The e4od trans seems to be robbing it of gobs of torque. It shifts very sluggish, and drawn out.I am considering the Banks Trans-command,or Superchip. Both claim to firm up the shifting and I believe the superchip claims tq/hp increase also.
90% of the time the truck isnt loaded down, but sometimes I pull a load of brick etc,and I plow in the winter.Mainly looking to clean up the shifts and pick up some pulling power. What do you guys recommend??

The Superchips (and Diablo Sport too) will increase power but keep in mind that you will need to run premium fuel because that's what they are tuned for. Go with Diablo Sport, Superchips has discontinued official support for applications as old as yours.

Yes, they both increase line pressure and remove the torque reduction made by the PCM during shifts.

You must get a DiabloSport chip. There are no tuners for applications older than 1996 because most of the computers were not flashable (the Power Stroke diesel is an exception).

webmaster-please read...

Webmaster-

Ok.Im about to order the diablosport delta chip now.SKU #PDQ-3101 -I believe this is the one you were referring to.It says there is an 87 octane option for an additional $71.50.Please let me know if that is available for this truck, since I hate spending $2.50+ a gallon on a truck that gets 8mpg.Im not looking to race anybody.I just want this thing to shift like a truck and get out of its own way.At this point my 95 Mazda 626 4 cylinder feels like it outpulls it.(not a joke).Thanks.

I don't recommend the 87 octane tune. The only advantage to it is better shifts, for the power you need to run a premium fuel tune. The fact of the matter is its a big heavy truck and you'll never get any economy out of it.
