3.73 LS vs. 3.55 LS on FX4
Hello All~
This is my first post as I am looking at buying a 2004 FX4 SCAB. I am working with an autobroker who found me everything I wanted, but it had 3.55 LS instead of the 3.73 LS that I wanted. I plan to put a 2" leveling kit and run 33" tires someday (soon), and I would assume that I would want the 3.73 gears.
Does anyone have any advice on the pros/cons of the two ratios?
My autobroker found me another truck with 3.73's, It just has a bunch of extra options that I don't want to pay for because I will probably replace it right away anyhow, like the wheels/tires/stereo.
