Talking No more rear noise

Just got the truck put back together. Popped in and out of gear a few times No more major clunking in reverse! Never thought I'd see the day. Just like new. Went around a couple blocks, couldn't go more I remembered I forgot to shut the hood after I left, No howling!

Don't know what I am going to do now. If it weren't for the rust I'd think I was in a new truck, don't feel so bad now about wanting to fix it up.

Thanks monster. Time for bed though 20 hours is enough.

Oh wore the boy out walking around the swap today. He didn't even make it to supper. Appreciate that too he's the wildest one.

Glad to hear it works, makes alot of difference on how you feel about them when they aren't making strage noises.
And if that kid is the wildest one the others must be almost statues never heard a word out of your son.

Yea he's alot different away from home and around people he don't know. Get him here with his brothers and sisters and things change. Like now he's whipping his older sister with a nerds rope.
Wife just drove the truck- loved the lack of noise- complained thatit wandered all over the road. She's always got something on one of these cars I need to work on and lets me know too.

Tell her that wandering steering is a standard feature... My current truck is the first old Ford I've owned that doesn't wander too bad, course it doesn't have power steering, maybe that helps.

It was nice meeting up with you guys, if you're ever through this way give me a shout, always have room for another Ford in the driveway.

I tried that, she just looked at me crazy. She always does that though I should be used to it. SHe won't drive it so much this way and I'll get to be the only one knocking over trees, 3 so far, and burring it in the mud.
