94 F350-Adjusting Timing after double rollers

I have a 1994 F350 with a 351 gas motor geared for towing. I am trying to avoid the dealership's high fees by having my mechanic install double rollers for more pulling power and adjusting the timing on the truck for better gas mileage. My mechanic doesn't remember which way to adjust the timing for better gas mileage, whether it be right or left so many degrees. I saw a post once before on how to do it, but cannot find it. Can someone give me something really comprehensive about the timing so that I can print out to give to my mechanic to special tune my vehicle. I am currently getting 12.5mpg carrying about 3,000lbs with K&N Performance Intake, and a Jacobs Electronics Mileage Master, Bosch Platinum Plugs and performance wires, Flowmaster exhaust system, and those stupid magnets on the fuel lines.

Thanks - JDS7390

Timing on computer engines shouldn't be played with. Most times its already maxed out unless you plan on running prem gas. That said you can adv the timing until she pings on a hot day and back it off till it doesn't. Turn the dist the opposite way the rotor turns to advance..
