AOD into 59 panel

As I learn the mysteries of the 57 - 60 F100 panel and assemble my kit to swap the 292/ford-o-matic for a 302/AOD I am unable to determine which of the many off-the-shelf tranny brackets and pads will work, if any. There is a plethora of engine swap lore and parts, but little on the transmission side of the task. Some reading I've done indicates that the panel frame is not identical to the standard F100 pickup frame, but provides no further guidance. Can anyone tell me a tale of failure or success at this swap? Of not, where should I look for tech data?

I'm certainly far from an expert, but I have a 58 panel and have parted out a 60 pickup. The foward part of the frame looked the same to me. I didn't take a tape measure to them, but purely by visual inspection, they were identical. IMHO, anything that works on a pickup should also work on a panel as far as motor and trans mounts.

The frame in my 56 panel is the same as a pickup except for the bolt-on bracket at the back end that the panel body mounts to.
I have installed an AOD in my 56 and in a 63. Both times, we used a transmission mount from a LTD. It is wider than the truck frame. We trimmed the extra from both sides, drilled holes to bolt it to the truck frame,,VOILA!
